The attribute of Hypnosis to be induced in those with low IQ and not the brainy ones, proved a drawback to the intriguing science.

Mesmerism and cheap stage shows defamed the science much more. They encouraged more skepticism about the discipline.

Throwing these bitter aspects out, hypnosis is safe and assures more benefits when practiced by yourself. Self hypnosis proves to be a better solution.

Self hypnosis or auto hypnosis could cure mental and physical problems anxiety, stress and irritable bowel syndrome for instances. Deep breathing accelerates self hypnosis effects. However, it must be learn from an authentic professional to avoid making things worse.
