One thing I have noticed in examining the makeover program is that it is highly rare that someone finish it and stay on it to the exacting degree asked after they are done. A good 15 minute stretching routine is actually super exercise. There are lots of them online.

The other exercise area you need to focus on is making sure you get the heart rate up. If you jog, sprint on occasion. If you bike, bike hard for 30 seconds to a minute. This engages your full lung function, clears the mind and helps you burn off excess weight faster than going one pace all the time.
