I’d like to introduce the safer and healthier ways for girls to improve their body, skin and appearance and make them more charming.

Almost every girl wants themselves become more beautiful. The statistics shows 80%of girls aren’t completely satisfied with their body and appearance, More eating, more beautiful  Articles 60% of them are willing to change some part to make them more charming, But even in mordent times, just 20%of them obviously say they will accept Surgery as the safe way such as Breast augmentation ,Liposuction, lift and so on. So most of girls would prefer the safer and healthier ways to lose weight, build body and care skin such as sports and so on. For those way, at least many special tools and advanced Skin care products are needed. But here I’d like to introduce a special way for girls to improve their body, skin and appearance and make them more charming. It is very easy and simple, you need to eat some common food and fruits properly in daily life and insist on for a period of time, and then you may find the big change by yourself.

1, Fish Compacts your skin

If you want your skin young tight skin, it nothing but to eat fish.There is some special chemistry material in fish, which can tighten the muscle under the skin, thus the skin would be tighter softer and paddy. 2, Beef make your face rosy

Apple is the king of saliva in all fruits, so it need more time to chew it, so the saliva would be secreted more, which is the protector of tooth. All these physically ways can bring you the change in body, You need to care about your mind at the same time, Flowers in the room or some special beautiful Ornament accessories with your bags and cups would be helpful for you to keep in good mood everywhere. My younger sister bought some beautiful phone cases , she changed every week, which made her very happy the whole week. Maybe there are some other little things, which would bring used good mood. Only when you are both healthy and good mentally and physically, you can be more and more elegant, confident and charming naturally.
