I'd like to introduce my own experience of lose weight

It reported that the AFSSAPS in France claimed yesterday that a diet pill for diabetics killed about five hundreds people. According to statistic, the numbers of people who took the diet pill reached about three-hundred thousands. A official criticized that the pill had been prohibited to purchase in Italian and Spain, but France just realizes the serious problem. That’s a disaster of health.

Actually, I am also a fat girl at high school. I could understand the annoyance of fat people. Fat body brings a lot of inconvenience to their daily life. Therefore, many people lose weight through rigid diet, slimming drugs, exercise and so on. When I entered university, I made a plan to lose weight. Now, I am ninety-one pounds. Then I’d like to share my successful experience.

At first, I bought aDigital weigh which can correct to two percent pound. And you also need to keep a habit to record your weight at every day. Maybe many people suggested that you just weight yourself once a week. But I weighted myself everyday. Even if I only lose 0.2 pound at that day, it is still an encouragement and improvement for me. That’s why I insist to purchase a precise digital scale. You could keep a positive attitude to lose weight.

Secondly, I drank eight glasses of water every day. The first glass is on the morning when I get up. Before the dinner, you could drink a glass of water. In that way, you could not feel so hungry that you will eat less. Until now, I still keep the habit to drink water. The eight glasses of water is about 1200ml.

The third one is that I never was on a diet on weekend. Weekend is a happy time. If I still couldn’t have a good dinner on weekend, I will feel desperate and tired. My weekend is to celebrate the five days. If I didn’t lose weight at Monday or other weekday, I would use the Saturday or Sunday to replace.

Forth, I did exercises for one hour every day except for controlling my diet. I would remind myself to do exercise when I was immersed in TV play. Sometimes, I would set alarm to remind the exercises time.

The fifth is some little changes. If I don’t want to give up one beverage, I will find the other one to replace it. My first change is to drink lose-weight soda water. And the second change is drink black coffee without sugar and cream. Sometimes I would take one hour to go shopping on foot instead of by bus. Or I would go to class by climbing stairs instead of talking a lift.

Except for the above rules, I had told my friends that I am on a diet. I don’t think that it is hard to tell the secrets to others. On the contrary, they could remind and encourage me all the time. Their encouragement is the other motivation to lose weight.

As for the dietary, I thought that every one could make a plan according to your own conditions. It is hard to lose weight. Never neglect a little achievement.
