An estimated five percent of United States residents suffer from anxiety disorders and depression. You'll likely notice that people suffering from depression tend to have an elevated level of anxiety. People suffering from anxiety disorders may not try to find medical attention because they are often fearful that they could get diagnosed with a heart or lung disorder since the symptoms of anxiety attacks are often described as feeling like a heart attack.

If you keep it up, you can eventually move past panic attacks and depression.
