Snoring is a really odd thing that happens. When you fall asleep muscles will go loose. The muscles that hold church off up, we'll go loose in your mouth will fall open. A unique thing happens when your mouth is open; your throat constricts. If you think of your throat as a tube, the speed of air will change as the diameter of the throat changes. The more constricted the throat, the faster the air will travel. The faster speed will actually cause a more violent vibration that creates the sounds of snoring.

If you want to prevent snoring easily all you have to do is close your mouth. This is easier said than done. It is hard to keep your mouth closed while you're asleep because you are unconscious. What you can use is snoring chin strap that holds your mouth up as you sleep. It is the easiest thing you can do to prevent snoring from occurring.
