I'm going to help you practice at ballet, and make sure you do it right.

I wanted to talk to you about properly practicing ballet. There are a lot of people that want to be a professional at this type of dance. They want to learn it and they want to learn it fast. There are a lot of people that spend an entire lifetime learning this and they aren't that good at it, but the good news is that there are a lot of little things you can take advantage of to help make you better. Ballet isn't hard, it just requires a very specific type of work ethic that is hard to find in the ballet community. I'm going to talk to you about properly practicing ballet.

The first thing you need to understand is that you have to go see your teacher and get a lesson everyday. It's important to making progress every single day. Missing days will only slow you down. But once a day isn't enough. When you come home, you have to practice too. Practicing at home can be more detrimental, so you have to do one specific thing; practice in front of a mirror. You have to be able to see yourself from a third party view. This is the only way to make sure you're doing things properly.

Properly practicing ballet also requires you to repeatedly doing the same physical movements over and over again.
