Practicing method is very simple. Do the simple natural breathing. Do not concentrate / focus on your thinking at any part of your body during the practicing. You just relax and let it be naturally. If you practice indoor, please place a carpet at your bare feet where you’re standing position. You have to wear shoes when you practice in the park or outdoor.

This is my Twelfth Day Blogging. Early in the morning,Qi Cong  - ‘Wan Fa Chao Zong’ a Health Care Form of Exercise Articles my wife and I took in Taxi to Ponggol Park Singapore for 'Wan Fa Chao Zong' practicing. 'Wan Fa Chao Zong' is a health care form of exercise. Chinese called it 'Qi Cong'. This Qi Cong practicing is inside the park that we go there for our fantastic morning exercise. Every week ends we attended this health care form of exercise guided by my master. My master is Master Jeffrey Ng. He is a Chinese Singaporean. He is an expert Qi Cong practitioner. He teaches 'Wan Fa Chao Zong' type of Qi Cong which is a health care form of exercise.

Practice 'Wan Fa Chao Zong' type of health care form of exercise has a few points to take notes.

1. Practicing Avenue: There is no restriction for facing any directions and timing.

2. Before Practicing: You are not allowed to drink alcohol and pass your bowel first before practicing. You may take a bit of food and do not make yourself very tire before started.

3. After Practicing: You can drink or taking food. However you cannot take cold drink or cold food just after practicing for an hour. You can switch on the air-con or cool air and can only shower after practicing an hour later.

4. Practicing method: Do the simple natural breathing. Do not concentrate / focus on your thinking at any part of your body during the practicing. You just relax and let it be naturally. If you practice indoor, put the carpet at your bare feet where you're standing position. You have to wear shoes when you practice in the park or outdoor.

5. The form of practicing the 'Qi': It is from inner to outer. This is the different way from other sect of Qi Cong practicing.

There is a testimony from the student, Ms Dorothy Chan on practicing this 'Wan Fa Chao Zong' type of health care form of exercise.

She had practiced this Qi Cong for three months. She had observed the following developments for her progress.

1 Her blood pressure from 142 regions dropped to 135 without taking any medication. Her health had felt more active and not lethargic. Now she could sleep better at night.

2 She was very happy that she had weight loss for 2 kg. She only practiced this 'Wan Fa Chao Zong' type of health care form of exercise for three months without dieting.

3 Her left ankle was hit by the school steel gate. It was very painful and walked with a limp. She was worry that the pain would give her more problems at the old age. Surprisingly, she kept massaging the pain portion during the practicing of this health care form of exercise. She discovered the pain had disappeared. She could not believe but it is true.

Last but not the least, we want to thank our Master Jeffrey Ng for discharging 'Qi' to 'jump start' like motor car battery to us during the 'Wan Fa Chao Zong' type of Qi Cong practices.
