Certain portion of the population loves to take tests, while others certainly do not. If you have a social anxiety disorder, or fear that you do, then you may withdraw or be afraid to talk to anyone about symptoms, or perceived problems. If a person seeks help from a health professional about whether they have social anxiety disorder, they will have to take a test for it first. And after taking the test, but hopefully resolving their social anxiety, any further test that life throws at them will not be an obstacle!
