And last but not least the third step is to accept how feel and stop worrying about it, instead take action and fight to overcome it. I know it sounds silly but when you are nervous because of your attacks it can actually make them worse or even make them last longer, the golden rule is to try and keep calm, this is exactly what you need to learn.
