There are of course a few things that you can do about this,Vaginal Burning Articles but for the most part it might be difficult for you to have an important business meeting with yogurt coating your vagina, or if you have a vaginal garlic suppository inserted.

For one thing the first option of a remedy can be messy and almost as discomfiting as the vaginal burning and the itching. And for another thing if you’re not used to it there’s a good chance that you’ll forever be thinking about the possible consequences of the yogurt dripping or the garlic slipping out. Very embarrassing as you can imagine.

There’s also the fact that many people might not like the smell of garlic, and although it can alleviate vaginal burning to a great degree as can yogurt, it just might not be the thing for you.

There are other natural remedies which you can try to relieve any vaginal burning, but it’s almost certain that you will want to try these at home first until you’re comfortable with them.

In which case, you have a few options which are open to you, and these include taking the yogurt or the garlic remedies in tablet form, the same results, only not just as fast if it were done the messy way.

Your other options to relieve vaginal burning due to yeast infections, includes the use of over the counter remedies, or prescription medications. Both these methods are also for the most quite painless and not messy.

In some instances you will have to resort to the use of whatever creams or solutions have been provided for you, but you will find that in some cases, like with that of the prescription medication Diflucan all you need to do is take one tablet.

However, as some people prefer not to take any medicinal drugs, other remedies for vaginal burning are also available, besides the ever popular yogurt and garlic.

For instance the use of apple cider vinegar in a sitz bath has been known to relieve vaginal burning. All you need to do here, is to fill the bathtub about hip deep with warm water and add ½ a cup of apple cider vinegar.

All you need to do then is to sit in the bath with your legs spread wide until the water cools. You can even substitute a few drops of rose essence for the vinegar, or even use ½ a cup of sea salt to ½ cup of vinegar in the bath. In this last case though, you should fill the tub at least to three quarters of a level.
