Many people who are overweight have struggled with this issue and their body image, for a large part of their lives. They don’t like what they see when they look into a mirror. Some people avoid looking into mirrors at all, because they hate looking at themselves. Eventually, however, every overweight person needs to face up to their size, and the way it makes them feel about themselves and the way they look. Does this describe you?
