Snoring is common. You might find that you or your sleeping partner or someone in your family snores at some point. Light or heavy, soft or loud, a lot of people snore. It is common for all ages, races, and sizes, and for both men and women. No matter who you are, there is a chance that you snore. Generally, it is not a problem. While it may annoy some, snoring itself has no negative side effects. It does not affect your health or sleep and you can live happily for a long time. That is if it is actually snoring.
