You need to get away from things that are filled with caffeine and other stimulants. You should also avoid chemicals in foods because they can affect your general well-being. You should also try to eliminate the toxins in your body. Toxins affect the productivity of the adrenal glands so they should be removed in the body. You can this through different detoxification methods. 
Third, you need to improve your sleep. The body recovers a lot when it is well rested. The adrenal glands can rest when you sleep. Therefore, always put sleep in your schedule. You need at least 7 hours of quality sleep per night. The sleep should be good enough such that you are able to complete all the stages. It is very important for you sleep to be uninterrupted because interrupted REM sleep can affect the cognitive activities of the brain. 
Stress is natural but it can be solved and avoided. Eliminate stress and you will have a happier life.
