The Bosch Aquatak 115 PLUS possesses a good quality high pressure hose, 6m in length, giving it a more than acceptable reach for a unit of this size. As you would expect from a high pressure washer of this standard it comes with details such as a fine water filter protecting the pump from damage and a high-pressure overload valve. An additional valuable feature is the auto start / stop meaning the power is only started when required , thus saving water, detergent, electricity and extending the longevity of the unit. The performance, maintenance-free 1700 W universal electric motor provides the power to the pump. Water supply up to 40 degrees Celsius can be used, but generally the cleansing performance with mains water is all that's required. The unit produces a 115 bar maximum output pressure . It has a water flow rate of 380l/hr to easily tackle stubborn dirt and stains.
The quality axial pump gives sufficient water pressure with reasonable efficiency and acceptable noise. The pump is fashioned from aluminium. This could seem obvious but some manufacturers make their pumps from tough plastic. You may expect great innovations from a company like this but they seem absent from their pressure washers. We are impressed by the product, however it could be better. This is a high pressure cleaner that not only looks great, but it feels amazing to hold and operate too. The washer does have some nice touches.
