It is popular in industrial construction purposes. Copper is unique and not commonplace. It’s not popular since its corrosive and requires chemical upgrade to make it durable. This is done by the introduction of an inert non-corrosive compound which is the coating and comes in various colors. Unfortunately this product becomes overly unpopular due to its fixation requirements. It can only be fastened using copper, brass or stainless steel fasteners unlike others. However it is also comes as a sheet or in tiles. It is used in making high end estates in posh suburbs and mostly it’s upon request if recommended by a consultant. Asphalt is another type but it’s unpopular and often found in experimental circumstances and at very few instances as roofing. In Northern America it’s gaining popularity. As a recommendation, it is being projected as the next product in the industry. This is due to the fact that it can be modified and graded into a client’s recommendation, either as a hot roof or a cold one. This means it’s a very expensive product.
