2. Ira Keller Forecourt fountain
Ira Keller Forecourt fountain is located in the heart of Portland and it
was designed by Michael Lawrence Halprin. He created the design just to resemble the waterfall that is located in this area. It was constructed in 1971 and is located opposite the Portland's City Auditorium. This attractive structure really amazes people because it pumps approximately 13,000 gallons of water per minute.

3. Salmon Street Spring Fountain
Salmon Street Springs Fountain is a grand structure that is situated in Tom McCall Waterfront Park which is one of the most urban areas of the city. The fountain together with lush green grounds and the splendor of the western bank of the Willamette River can really rejuvenate your senses. This splendid fountain was constructed by Stephen Skidmore in the year 1878. This fountain was constructed according to the structure of the fountain that Stephen Skidmore saw in France.
