However, this list is not conclusive in nature and can include many more exclusions that are company specific. Mostly it depends on the climate, location, and the neighborhood where your house is located. Not only this, the list can also be updated from time to time.

As this section is never well advertised, people buying the insurance cover consider themselves completely covered.
