House Cleaning in the 21st century

Not that long ago, house cleaning was a task that was extremely difficult. Everything had to be done by hand. Modern gadgets and machinery were few and far between. Steam Mop – There are several different brands out there and they all seem to wok equally as well. With the advent of the steam mop, you no longer need to get on your hands and knees to get stubborn dirt off of your floors. The steam mop does all of the work for you. Even better, it requires no chemicals, so it is good for the environment and will save you money in the long run. Just simply fill the reservoir with water and plug in the mop. In a matter of minutes, the water will turn to steam and you are ready to clean the floors. For stubborn areas, just hold the mop on the area for a few seconds and Voila! The mess is gone. The steam mop is truly a life saver and will cost you around $80 - $100 depending on the brand and model you choose. 

Disposable dusting cloths - These little packets of cloths prefilled with furniture polish are great! They’ve been around for several years now. While they aren't electric gadgets, they can be a huge help in the house. Since they come in resealable pouches, you don't have to worry about them drying out. Also, you will not have to search around for a cloth to dust with whenever the house gets dirty. The best things about them are that you can just throw them away when you are done. You don’t have to have dusty feather dusters and cloths lying around the house. They are perfect and easy to use, such a simple, but brilliant invention. They are a cheap and easy-to-use addition to the cleaning supplies in your house. 

Just by knowing about a few new tools, your house cleaning task can become one that is much easier and takes less time.
