For disinfection, homemade items such as vinegar and baking soda, are great cleaning products with less of the cost of commercial cleaning products. Cleaning kitchen cabinets and drawers may seem endless, but doing a search and destroy mission makes it fun. Donate or throw out unwanted items in your cabinets and drawers and wipe down each one. You will find that you have more room to store more useful items. 

Mold and grime build-up are common problems in the bathroom and probably the nastiest things to clean. Rubber gloves are a must have item when cleaning the bathroom. Using baking soda and acidic vinegar to erase mineral deposit and rust that toilets, tubs, and showers often get stained with. A good way to clean your sink and bathtub drain is to pour mixture of baking soda, vinegar, and boiling water. This concoction will help disintegrate any clogged particles stuffed in the drains.

Vacuums is your best friend when cleaning all your bedrooms. With all the hose attachments that comes with the vacuum, you will be able to not only vacuum your carpet or wood floor but also vacuum hard to reach places such as under your bed, curtains, and closet shelves. Flip mattresses and clean out your closet. If you have unwanted clothes, a good way to get rid of them is to donate it or hire a junk hauler to recycle them.

Keeping the living room clean is a necessity when guest comes over your home and the family room is the best room for family Friday. The main furniture in these rooms is the sofas. Upholstery maintenance are something that needs to be done by a professional, unless you know how to patch them up yourself. 
A lot of dusting is required as windows, bookshelves, ceiling fan, coffee tables, etc. need a good wipe down from months of build-up.
