  • When cooking a chicken, feathers could be a huge problem. Add a teaspoon of baking soda to the water where you will boil the chicken. This will release the feather making it easy for you to remove them.
  • If you are a hunting lover you probably know that wild game tastes in a certain way. You can lighten this taste or and soften the meat by soaking it in a solution of baking soda and warm water.
  • For fishermen baking soda is a great tool for removing deep swamp smells from the raw fish. Soak the meat in a baking soda solution in the refrigerator for at about two hours.
