3.      Construction problem- there is a time when some tenants need to maintain and repair their homes. It can also disturb other tenants because of the noise that it can bring. As landowner it is your main responsibility to ensure that your property is well maintained by the tenants. You have to explain to both parties about the agreement of maintaining the entire property in good condition that is why some maintenance is needed.

4.      Gossip- actually, gossip is a problem in most tenants, but it is not part if your duty as a landlord to prevent gossip among your tenants. However, you can include some guideline about gossip within your property to maintain peace and order within the community.

After knowing the most common problem of tenants you ensure that you can handle any issue regarding your tenants. Remember that you do not have to include yourself within the problem, you main role is to prevent the problem from worsening.
