6.Mohan Maas: Mohan Maas is really a treat for every non-vegetarian who wants to taste royalty as it was initially prepared for the Maharajas and later on gained popularity amongst the common man. The meat is cooked slowly in milk and medium spices which give the dish a tender touch.

7.Gatte Ki Khichdi: Probably one of the best rice dishes one can taste in Rajasthan, Gatte ki Khichdi is prepared with rice and besan dumplings known as ‘Gatta’. Usually preferred as an evening snack, Gatte ki Khichdi has become an important dish in every Rajasthani wedding.
