They can be handed out at your office,What To Put On Your Promotional Sticky Notes Articles given out to friends and employees to use and distribute, passed out at conferences, trade shows, and local events, and more.  Because of the compact size and basic shape, promotional sticky notes are very easy to distribute, getting your name out there far and wide!

Promotional sticky notes are also highly useful, which means that they can be handed out to just about anyone and not wasted.  They will be left in pockets, purses, briefcases and cars to be written on when the need arises and the notes are available.  They can be taken back to people’s offices to use there and to spread your company name even further when they are attached to documents or other paperwork there, and they can be taken home, too, where they might be used to jot phone numbers for friends or attach notes to things sent to loved ones.

The more that your promotional sticky notes are used, the more they are distributed to potential customers and the more they can be seen and read by new people, spreading your company name, potentially, far and wide.  This is great news for any business, since the more people see your company name, the more likely they are to remember you and your company and perhaps even contact you in the near future in order to do business with you.

Of course, you have to have the right information on your promotional sticky note in order to attract that additional business.  Simply including your company name and logo might work for some companies, especially if it is well known locally, however this is not enough to get your information out there to people who have not heard of your company.  Not only might they be confused about what your business actually does, they might also stop short of looking you up in the phone book if your phone number is not conveniently listed there for them.

While you do not want to pack your promotional sticky notes with explanations of what your company does and their entire history (interesting as that might be), you do want to include enough information to make it extremely easy for your potential customers to find out what you do, and to be able to find your or to get into contact with you easily.

Your promotional sticky notes, then, should be interesting and colorful to attract the eye, and should include the basics.  The first thing to include is your company name, followed by a motto or tagline that helps people understand what you do, or a claim like “building quality roofs since 1990” or other applicable claims.

Add a little space, and include your phone number and a contact name if possible to help new customers feel like they already know someone there to talk to.  This helps personalize the invitation for them to call you.  Include your address if your company is good for walk-ins, too, and watch your business grow.
