In this day and age, folks are getting out save the dates as either save the date cards or as save the date magnets to all of their acquaintances.  The celebrators are doing this to pass along info about some upcoming party in their future.  If you’re trying to decide between cards or magnets, I’m sure this article will help you decide.

Save the date magnets are really prominent recently and just about everybody uses them.  Whether it’s for nuptials, b-day celebration or an anniversary, fridge magnets are the number one pick for most celebration inviters.  Here’s some reasons if you trying to figure out why:

They are adorable.  Everyone wants to make a good impression when they invite folks to a wedding or event.  There is nothing more precious than well-made and funny save the date magnets.

They’re Personal!  If you obtain normal card invitations, they usually don’t reflect you or your upcoming event.  Many times plain invites are just a mediocre “We’re having A Party!” card.  It’s much better to get a unique picture of yourselves, add the basic information about the party, and you’re set!

They’re Fun!  I know finding an invite in the mail, what a thrill!  If it’s just a simple card, I usually scribble the basic details down on my scheduler then toss the card into the trash.  This basically won’t happen with save the date magnets.  Besides, what’s more satisfying than sticking an invite up on the old fridge?

They don’t cost as much!  The price on these items has become so low, that they are not much of an expense.  You can find so many excellent prices for just about every budget.  And even though they are cheap, that doesn’t mean they are junky.

People find them quirky!  We’ve all gotten save the date cards and, well, they simply need to be fancified to excel.  Save the date magnets can be made in so many different ways, they definitely are a unique product.

They aren’t perfect, though.  A lot of folks have used them nowadays.  You might be looking a little cliché for doing the same.  The great thing about using them, though, is that you can really personalize them and make them funny, romantic, outrageous or just cute.  Another suggested downside comes from those who try to make them in their own home.  Sometimes they will come out substandard in quality and when their invitees receive them, they look poorly made.

What is the reason that they work so well?  As I stated earlier, I usually take a average save the date card and, once I get the who, what, when, where off of it, I throw it away.  If I do place it up on the big old fridge, I use a magnet regardless.  Once it falls off, though, I get peeved and then toss it in the trash.  I always stick the refrigerator magnets up and they don’t frequently drop off (unless they are holding up someone else’s invite!).  Also, I am perpetually reminded about the upcoming party every time I go to the fridge, which is about thirty times a day, no joke.

To get the most out of your magnetic invites, all you need to do is take care that you construct them to fit the fashion of the event and mind that they reflect and match your fashion sense.  Also, do not make them yourself.  You might get lucky and make a decent productFind Article, but it is better to leave it to the professionals.  They really know what they are doing!  I hope I’ve assisted you as you choose between save the date magnets or paper stock for your upcoming soirée.
