Boy or Girl... 4 Things you Must Do in Order to Have MLM Success

I was checking out NBC News Online website and I cameacross a story on Salary and the Sexes.One year after graduating from college, women are earning80% of what a man of the same college background.

Everyone has a chance to become thebest they can be.  There are no glass ceilings.  Whetheryou are a man or a woman if you are willing to learn, applythe right techniques, reach your target market, and neverstop working until you help others get what they want in orderfor you to get what you want… you will become asuccess story.

I have seen many women in different network marketingcompanies, from many different backgrounds, and manydifferent countries that have made more money than 99.99%of their company reps.  In my own business, I have anupline5th Level Director that is in the top 5 people of ourcompany, and is one of the first people ever to get a$1,000,000 bonus in any Network Marketing company!

Not every company out there has Million Dollar bonuses,but you get my point that she was able to grow a big enoughbusiness to do this within 5 years of her starting with thecompany.  Of course she has made millions besides thatbonus.  But, what she has done to reach those milestones isnot limited to a man or woman.  It is only limited by yourpassion to help others.  The systems and tools that mostMLM / Network Marketing companies use - do not care whatgender you are -

The systems work if you have these four things:

1. You are a good worker,

2. You are able to be taught new things,

3. You excel in personal development enough to getyourself out of the way long enough to help others. 

4. You put what you have learned into practice.

That is it in a nut shell.

I personally think that bettering oneself is the firststep.  If you take time to read books, attend seminars, andworkshops dedicated to personal development, and then applywhat you learn to help others… the world in general is notgoing care if you are a "boy" or a "girl".  They are goingto look at you as a leader that can get them to where theywant to go.  And no where else have I found a bettervehicle, with the least amount of rep tape than MLM /Network Marketing to do this.
