MLM Leads…Three Low Or No Costs Ways To Get Leads

If you have been trying MLM for any length of time you know you have to have a constant stream of quality leads to survive.  The problem is leads are either very expensive or worthless…or both.

So, the question is how do I get enough leads for me and my downline without going broke in the process?  Good question.  One that home based businesses have been trying to answer for many years.

With the invention of the internet it appeared that network marketing would really take off.  This has not happened. At least not until now.

There are three ways you can create quality leads for little or no money online.

Social sites

Check with Google to find forums in your market area.  There are thousands, maybe millions, of forum sites on the Internet.  If there are two people interested in a topic, there is a form for those two people.

If you are looking for a business site go to Ryze.  You will find all kinds of business builders listed there.  And there are many others.  Just take a look.

What do you do when you get there.  Talk to them.  Be social.  Leave post, vist others profiles, or whatever the sites layout provides.  But be polite, you are a guest.  Don’t go in there thinking you have found a gold mind and everyone wants to hear your sales pitch.

It just doesn’t work that way.  If fact many forums will kick you out if you get too aggressive with your business.  Just join in the discussions.  Leave relevant comments and leave your business signature at the bottom of your post.  Most will allow you to at least post your web site.

But, just getting to know people and allowing them to find out you know what you are talking about will go a long way in peaking their interest in your program.

Blogs

One of the skills it will pay you to develop is blogging.  A blog is a perfect way to spread the word about you, your product or your marketing system.

You can set up a free or paid blog site.  Why would you use a paid site if you can get it for free?  Because, the paid site gives you a lot more control over what you can do with the site.

If you want to start with a free blog, to get the feel of it, that’s good way to learn without spending a lot of cash.

There are lots of books on how to build and create traffic to your blog on the net.  Just do a search for info.

Set up your own marketing system

This will cost you a little money and take some time in the beginning, but it will be well worth it.  This is a marketing business and you need to learn the skills of a marketer.

You will need a one page web site called a squeeze, or capture, page.  An autoresponder to capture your names for you, and send contact messages to your growing list of prospects.  And a product to give away free to get visitors to leave their contact information.

I know that sounds like a mountain to climb, but it really isn’t.  In fact there are all kinds of information, videos, courses, etc online to show you how.  A lot of the information is free or very low cost.  Building a one page web site is very do-able, even you are just getting started.  And once you build one you can build another and soon you will be a pro writing articles just like you see here.

Once your system is in place you can create tons of leads just for your and your organization.  These will be high quality, very targeted, leads.  And you can even get your leads for free…or even make a profit marketing for leads.
