Producer – Baldassarre Agnelli
Copper is traditionally the best material to cook.
It is four times better than steel as a conductor and it is the symbol of good cooking all along.

COPPER 3 is a new material, composed of three different levels.
Outside: copper 1,5 mm. It is the heart of the product which gives the maximum conductivity.
Inside: stainless steel 18/10 as a guarantee of health safety.
Inside: Copper 3 interposes an aluminium foil between copper and steel to give elasticity to the
product.
COPPER 3 uses new materials without forgoing tradition.


Pan - producer: BALDASSARE AGNELLI
It is suitable for any kind of cooking when the heat is transmitted through the contact with the inner
side of the container (brazing, roasting, baking). It is ideal for food cooked on a low flame or for
half way through the cooking process.
It is suited for induction cooking when a steel ferrite disc is placed at the bottom.
Material: non stick aluminium with a Teflon Platinum covering.
Heat capacity: 225
Energy-saving: it is considerable thanks to its good thermal capacity
Specific gravity: 2,7
Thickness advised: from 3 to 5 mm
Length: Excellent collision and thermal shock resistance, abrasion and corrosion resistance with a
suited thickness.
No need of maintanance.Advantage: it is the cheapest metal used in pot manifacture.
Look: shining silver, it could have a dark colour inside because of the spontaneous metal oxidation
(AI2O3). It's an important inert protective barrier that should not be removed.
Anyhow products to eliminate that dark colour are on sale.
Handle: in tubular stainless steel 18/10, no heat conduction. Application to the body with alloy


AG5 rivets.
Tested for plates up to 5 KW.
Pieces of advise:
 Replace it if the covering is eaten away
 When you use it for the first time, wash the pan with water, after that oil or butter it slightly,
then rinse it carefully

with glasses in a range of four colours.

Fixed ergonomic deckchair, with sinuous forms, accomplished in polyethylene and studied for an
outdoor collocation. The product is water and UV resistant.
