What would the weather condition be like there? Would it be absolutely chilly or a little warm? Because this would actually determine how warm and flexible you need your wetsuit for windsurfing to be. Most wetsuits are generally manufactured with neoprene. The flatlocked stitch which allows the penetration of a certain amount of water inside it, only if the water is about 19% warmer. This in turn helps the body to retain some heat in colder conditions. There is also a type of stitch which is known as the seal stitched. This is first glued on together and then stitched to ensure maximum sturdiness. This type of wetsuit is mainly used for waters with temperatures varying between 13 to 19 degrees. This also lets the minimum amount of water to make its way into the wetsuit itself.  And last but not the least you have the option of sealed and taped variety of wetsuit, which as the name suggests does not any water to get inside even when your body should otherwise be drenched. This type of wetsuit is generally used in cold conditions where the water is lesser than even 13 degrees. This however remains the most durable wetsuit in the list.
