On an individual level, I think that we also need to understand, how to conserve, center and maximise, our own personal supply of energy. We unconsciously disperseand waste our energy on people, situations, thoughts, attitudes and events, which are not always, useful, to us. This leaves less space and energy for developing and attracting, the kind of wellness, that we want in life.
I've also discovered that as I conserve, center and thereby increase my energy, I incline to use less energy on craving and getting "stuff", but more energy centering, on what is really important to me, thereby helping the environment.

So here are 5 Steps to use your personal energy supply, better.

1. Release Resistance:

Releasing resistance will affect a deep change in your level of energy and how you see the world. Resistance regularly feels as though we are fighting ourselves, in order to fulfill some inner authority or a large amount of "shoulds" "oughts" and "have to's". It takes a huge amount of energy to be resistant.

Related feelings and behaviour include:
procrastination, using willpower and discipline to make change (otherwise known as "I have To Battle to Achieve What I Want"!), stubborness, unadaptability, wanting to be right rather than happy (a very common one), not letting go, self restricting beliefs, way past their, validity.

Releasing resistance can be as simple as, just making a decision, to let go of whatever you are holding onto. Energy therapy also helps release resistance, at a very deep level.

2. Reduce time viewing TV:

Viewing TV unconsciously is very tiring. Haven't you detected that when you view TV non stop and do little else, you become very tired? That's because you are simply, an inactive receiver, of information that you're not fully engaged with. On an energetic level, absorbing all of those rays from the TV (similar to a computer) is too stimulating, on a physiological level. Of course while you are viewing TV, in reality, you're not doing something more productive.

Do I mean, that you stop viewing TV altogether? No, but to be more selective and view only those programs, that you are engaged with. I'd also add, to stop viewing, too much, TV news - all of that manufactured fear, seriouly affects you, on a biological level. I find that my mentality, moods and overall energy, improve greatly, when I view, less TV.

3. Consciously developing vacuums:

Ever heard of the quote: "Nature loathe's a vacuum". If you "wipe out" a part of your life, you are giving the Universe, a message to implement, something to replace it. This is also known as, energetic and/or physical junk clearing. Begin with either. Most of us, find it simpler, to begin with, clearing out the physical, which has an influence, on their energy levels. You are consciously making the space, for change to happen and inviting what you desire, into your life. This is very simpler, than straining, to make things occur.

4. Overcome Energy Vampires:

One of the fastest ways, to get an energy boost, is to separate yourself, from people whose energy, weakens you. It is very useful. Unfortunately, it also can be, a bit more tricky, if they are your partner, member of your family, work colleague or boss. It helps to create a secure set of boundaries and energetic protection, so that they are less likely, to affect you, in this way.

5. Make "Quiet time" for yourself, daily.

Do nothing (unless it calms you), but just to empty and revitalize, your brain. We are human beings, not doings. There are times, when our hectic schedule and minds don't allow space and time, for the creativeness, to be welcomed in. Einstein enjoyed, to go sailing in the afternoons, after working in the morning. Okay, most of us don't have this possibility, but you get the point.

If you only succeed in one, of the above, then your life will experience a Deep change.
