50 Ways to Nurture YourselfIt is important to be able to do what you can to feel good on a daily basis. Then you are not dependent on others because you can nurture yourself. When you are self-caring you are not being selfish. In fact when you feel fulfilled, you then have more to give to others. Find out 50 ways you can give to yourself. It is important to be able to do what you can to feel good on a daily basis. Then you are not dependent on others because you can nurture yourself. When you are self-caring you are not being selfish. In fact when you feel fulfilled, you then have more to give to others. The following suggestions will help you become aware of healthy ways you can give to yourself. Put a check next to the things you would like to do to nurture yourself. 1. Take a bubble bath 2. Buy myself roses 3. Take a sauna 4. Get a massage 5. Take a bath by candlelight 6. Have breakfast in bed 7. Go to the pet store and play with the animals 8. Visit the zoo 9. Walk on a scenic path 10. Stop and smell the flowers 11. Have a manicure or pedicure 12. Wake up early and watch the sunrise 13. Watch the sunset 14. Relax with a good book and/or soothing music 15. Light the fireplace for myself 16. Play my favorite music and dance to it by myself 17.
