Connecting with a higher wisdom is completely within everyone's grasp. But the barriers that prevent most of us to achieve this higher wisdom is mostly put up by us. Because if you don't believe it can happen, connecting with a higher wisdom is just not possible.
Some people have asked how to begin to meditate as a way of connecting. Go to a place where you won’t be disturbed, find a relaxed and comfortable position to sit in, and make sure all the phones and beepers are off.
One very easy technique is in your morning meditation time to begin to chant the word “Ah” silently to yourself. Just close your eyes, begin to breathe deeply, and begin to silently say the word “Ah”. If thoughts from the outside world come up, simply release them and return your focus to the word “Ah”. As you move along in this process, the “Ah” subtly turns into “Ah ha” which becomes “Ha” and then turns into “Ha Ha”, so you end up with an amused, joyful feeling as you are connecting with channels of higher wisdom.
In the evening, find your place and position of quiet again, and repeat the word “Ohm” silently to yourself. Ohm is a word for “home”, so in essence you are bringing all the energies home with you before you go to sleep into a wonderful connecting through your dreams.
Many others have asked about guided writing techniques. I have had an opportunity to work with this over the last year, so I’ll share my technique for connecting. I begin with my laptop computer open, turned on and ready to go. I then begin by giving gratitude to Source, my teachers, guides, and masters, and my angels for everything in my life, for the blessings of the day. I express profound and deep gratitude for their guidance, direction, and inspiration. I then ask all my guides, teachers, masters, and angels to speak in me, through me, with me, of me to give me any clarity, direction, guidance, connecting or information that will be helpful to me, anything that will be beneficial to the work I have to do in the world.
I then wait for a feeling in my hands, almost a vibrational feeling that extends from the top of my head down through my arms and into my hands. When I feel that energy, I begin to let my fingers loose on the keyboard. I don’t think about what is coming through, I just let my fingers type out the words as I relax in that connecting space.
What I have found in the last year is that information and our access to higher wisdom is speeding up and there is relatively little barrier to our access of this information. Often times the words will just come pouring out, so that my fingers are moving very quickly. Trust the process and ask for specific guidance if you choose as you establish your own connecting.
In the beginning, I asked for information that would help me know the words and guidance were coming from a higher Source. One time I was told to watch the mail. In the next week I received a letter from a collection agency that looked like junk mail but turned out to be a notice that someone was trying to steal my identity. Another time, I was told that I was going to find out something that would shock me but to know that it was not malicious, only bad judgment. The next day I found out that my assistant had registered the new company laptop in her own name at her home address.
Trust the process and ask for the guidance you desire or need as well.
Whatever you do in your daily practice, make it a priority and a daily habit. Like strengthening a muscle, the more you do it, the more comfortable you become with the process, and the greater your connecting will be.
