"The more you praise and celebrate your life,How to negotiate your way to Celebrate Day Articles the more there is to life to celebrate..." Oprah Winfrey.

How often have you returned home or at the end of the day and written down or thought of what you have successfully accomplished for that day and celebrate? Well, what I discovered are ways in which you could negotiate your day everyday and celebrate. The act of celebration is not a skill but a learnt behaviour which we must all work towards as Oprah rightly quotes the more you praise and celebrate your life the more there is to life to celebrate; so why not do this every day. There is a saying that success breeds success so does celebration breeds more celebration. what you focus on manifests....... so if you spend the end of each day romancing and dwelling over things you have not done surely you will have many more days like that...and I bet it does not bestow a wonderful feeling.

The act of celebration includes the ability to commemorate, praise, favour and observe a day... it could be performed by means of having a party, eating, drinking, general association, and interaction and in many more ways...

Most societies will normally leave celebration to specific times, days or months of the year....  But my view of celebration includes acknowledgment of tasks you have completed for the day which you need to be creative about.

How to negotiate your way

Have a plan: At the beginning of each day have an idea of what you intend to do for the day; this can be from tidying up the house, making important phone calls, job hurting to washing your car. You can make a list but this is not absolutely necessary. The key here is to have an idea of what you want your day to be like and visualise it! Writing down a list however I have found to be the best way if you are likely to forget...... I usually cover about 95% of what I write on my list each day.

Timing: at each time of the day remind yourself of what you have hoped to accomplish- what has helped me here is inputting tasks/messages onto my mobile phone to remind me at different times of the day..... I usually programme my mobile phone with an annoying ring tone which helps me...

Practice: as with everything else in life practice make perfect!.... If you are not used to making  plans at the beginning of each day start with at least one task for the day....and gradually build this up!..."Work hard and become a leader, be lazy and never succeed". Proverbs 12; 24 .This quote should inspire those of you who want to become leaders.

Celebrate: once you have mastered the skills mentioned above it's time to celebrate and this is how...... Write down at the end of the day at least 5 successes you have enjoyed for the day. Implore and introduce phrases like "so I have"........ "I helped"..... ...."I made"...........This is all about you guys and gals. The key of writing this down is that it serves the purpose of like attracts like! The more you feel successful the more success will come your way.... and subsequently you celebrate by saying well-done to yourself, give yourself a pat on the back, praise yourself  or simply reward yourself in any manner you so please.... once more be creative with this process to keep it interesting ...... And note you spirit will mostly likely rebel if you constantly feed it with blame, procrastination, idleness and the lot... this will explain why some people end up feeling depressed, anxious or simply unhappy..... So Now here your great opportunity to celebrate each day.... Good Luck!
