That is the definite truth. Success is down to mind over matter no matter how much we look at it. For example if we want to lose weight, what do we do? We normally make excuses to go to the gym, we blame old injuries that are hindering us from getting a good workout and we even make up reasons for why we need to eat as much as we do. Where does all this come from? Well it comes from the noggin, the brain, the head right on top of us. The still small voice that tells us what we can and cannot do is actually ourselves in the form of our subconscious mind. This inertia from doing anything is rooted in that part of the brain and it is time we break out of the mould and do something about it. The personal development industry in a billion dollar a year industry - and they have invested plenty of time and effort trying to discover the reasons why success is so elusive for so many individuals all over the world.

When I speak of success, it can be in any form, which means the success of beating an addiction, or the achieving a weight loss goal, or being able to conquer a fear of public speaking. The reason why we cannot seem to get past the wall is because there is a villain. A cunning villain that is subverting our plan, staying our hand from grabbing opportunity and whispering into our ears the folly of our ways. We all know who this villain is, in fact it is the closest person to us. It is ourselves, our spirit, our soul, our emotions, all culminating within our subconscious through years of failures and bad experiences. The routines that we have been following all our lives have become so familiar to the mind that it has made it integral to our daily functions and our daily activities. Want is now being easily replaced by the world need and when that happens then you know you have crossed into the realm of mental inertia and addiction.

We go to work everyday and receive a pay check that is “adequate”, and we tailor our lives to fit that pay check. So we get adequate products to fill our adequate lives., We live hand to mouth and day by day, our existence now lies within the numbers of grocery and financial calculations of our fiscal year. The mind gets used to this and adapts and that is also where the problem lies. The root of all evils of the world seems to be routine inertia and addiction - and the mind is the culprit. It is time we fight fire with fire and subject the mind to rigorous retrainingBusiness Management Articles, regression and implant the positive messages that we need to get up of our butts and start making things happen. It all starts with you and ends with you. The technology is available on and offline. What are you waiting for?
