It's undeniable. So, the way you see yourself is of vital importance when it comes to being able to change the outcome of your future. Accepting the truth here is absolutely essential.Start with truth or you will fail. So, take a look into your personal mirror and ask yourself some penetrating questions. Accept the answers and make some decisions about what you will do about changing the outcome. You have heard that death and taxes are the only two things that are guaranteed, but there is one other thing. What is real counts too. Too many of us put far too much time and effort into denying the truth and living in false perceptions of ourselves.Futility is hoping that our fantasy will become reality. And the results are sooo much more rewarding than where you are at the moment.During this "adjustment" time, you will experience plenty of discomfort. You will probably think, "It's not worth it."But it is so worth it.Challenge yourself, and take a firm stand.Get some help. Find an accountability partner.Don't put this one off like the other good ideas that have come and gone. Rather it is a matter of personal commitment and determination.. You will be faced with times of discomfort and hardship. You will want to quit, but don't give in this time."The truth will set you free."Take the 100 Day Challenge!
