When couples break up it's rare that the real reasons for the break up are revealed. There are many reasons for this and many times it includes your ex wanting to end things without hurting your feelings even more during this process.

Regardless of how long you and your ex have been apart you must not think impulsively by trying to win your ex back by promising them everything will be different this time around if they gave you just "one more chance."  While this approach has worked for many people, it loses effectiveness when couples reunite and once again break up because the underlying issues have not been resolved.

Understanding the underlying issues as to why you or your ex have ended the relationship is what will allow you to reunite and get back together after a break up, but this time for good!
