Castle is easily one of my favorite shows. Hopefully it will have many more seasons. The next season of TV is particularly exiting for me since I just got the HD Triple Play from Comcast.

What could a new police and detective series possibly have to keep our interest? Nathan Fillion is the star luminary in the cast,Castle - The Best Cable TV Show! Articles playing the part of Richard Castle Is it possible this is the person who portrayed Dr.Pomattor in Adrienne Shelley's Waitress? It's also possible you recognize Nathan from the internet musical 'Dr. Horrible's Sing Along' by Joss Whedon, the creator of the cult sci-fi series 'Firefly', also starring Fillion. Invoking the spirit of Phillip Marlowe, Castle will play with all your emotions with a powerful mix of comedy, mystery and romance. And female fans will find a lot to appreciate as well. Stana Katic, as Detective Kate Beckett, carries the female counterpoint to Fillion's Richard Castle. She has earned a role co-starring in her own show, after playing parts in various episodes of other shows. Filling out the strong cast Susan Sullivan portray's Castle's mom and Molly C. Quinn plays his daughter Alexis.

Even with such a great group of actors it's the writing that keeps me watching. The pilot was well done by Andrew W. Marlowe, Barry Schindel, David Grae and Charles Murray. After the first show was apprehensive that the writers could keep the intermix of comedy and complex crime stories going for an entire season. I have been wrong.

The chemistry between Castle and Beckett is palpable which plays well into their love-hate relationship. He is a popular author who has been permitted to keep an eye on Beckett, despite her misgivings. Although he often gets in the way, speaks out of turn, and manages to be annoying, he also redeems himself. Beckett can't help but grow to care about Castle as she learns to value his insights and appreciate the risks he takes to crack cases. And he has small ways of endearing himself to the staff, such as buying them a very upscale coffee machine.

Castle's mother and daughter are filled with contrasts. His mom acts immature, has entitlement issues and needs to be seen. The daughter is mature beyond her years, a great support to her dad, and keeps her grandmother in check. Castle is a devoted father who worries needlessly (up to this point) about Alexis. As Castle's daughter Alexis, Molly C. Quinn has the best acting abilities on the program. Expect to see Molly for years to come.

A short time ago, I finally got my own HDTV so soon I will be able to relax watch all of me favorite TV shows like Castle in high-def sound and picture. I found a terrific plan online where I can bundle Digital Cable, High Speed Internet, and one-price Digital Voice into a single, easy-to-pay, inexpensive plan. Beyond Digital Cable with HD, I can't wait to try out my new broadband internet service from Comcast. My old DSL line was way too slow to watch online video or listen to music. With Comcast that won't be a concern. Comcast Digital Voice means that I never have to worry about those per minute phone bills again. I can talk to whoever I want, local or long distance, anywhere in the country and only have one low bill. Don't wait! Check out the current deals available to customers who can purchase Comcast services. These promotions won't last forever!
