Wow, what a novel idea!  DirecTV offers customer support either via the web or over the phone.  DirecTV actually offers a customer service hotline that is available seven days a week and twenty four hours a day.   This way, you can be sure that if you ever did have a problem with your DirecTV service or equipment you could call the customer service hotline at any time of the day and speak to a competent and knowledgeable customer support rep.  There is a certain feeling of security that goes along with having such great customer service available.  Even if you never had to use it, at least you would know that you have nothing to worry about if something ever was to go wrong.
