Aptly named HTC Titan,HTC Titan Setting New Benchmarks! Articles this new smartphone handset from the Taiwanese mobile phone giant possesses some features that are certain to make a few jaws drop and few eyes rubbing themselves in disbelief. You simply cannot help but marvel at the manner in which HTC Corporation has managed to keep itself ahead of the competition by a crucial step or two. And it has done this so since the launch of the HTC Desire. To begin with HTC Titan springs the first surprise itself in the fact that it runs on the latest from the Microsoft stable and not an Android. It has the Microsoft Windows Phone Mango version of the operating system. And giving it able company is the massive 1.5 GHz processor. Can it get any better? We do not think so and the effect amply reveals itself in the amazing speeds and efficiency levels at which the various functions of the HTC Titan carries itself out. Though this is not all with the HTC Titan which is without an iota of doubt the finest Microsoft Windows Phone run smartphone handset. Now, here comes the biggest surprises of them all. The HTC Titan flaunts a, believe it or not, wide wide touch sensitive screen that is 4.7 inches wide. In managing this vivid touchscreen, HTC really seems to have pushed the envelope to the maximum possible extent as far as screen width goes. But you never know, as a few months back even a 4.7 inches touchscreen would have seemed impossible to many of us. This has been nicely fitted into a unibody contoured form factor holding device that is just  ultra slim at 9.9 mm.The total weight of the phone handset is also within manageable limits. It is 160 gms including the battery inside. Anyone can hold and use it to make calls, send text messages, E-mails, look at the screen time and again and generally fiddle with the various buttons. The HTC Titan clearly has other aces up its sleeves. Like the fact that the star attraction of the HTC Sensation, the HTC Video Watch has been retained for the Titan as well. Imagine viewing full length Hollywood flicks in high definition on the 4.7 inches wide touchscreen! The effect is really mesmerizing. That is not all. The Titan packs a eight mega pixel camera that comes with a F2.2 lens BSI sensor that means you can have high resolution image or a video clip taken under any condition. It's truly titanic. Isn't it?
