The wear of laptop is much more than mobile phone. In the extreme situation, the power supply need to charge the battery and burden the laptop to work, and most of laptops does not have compatible charger, because the voltage, current, even interface of laptop's models is different. The compatible charger which can be used in many laptops may be more expensive than original battery, even if the interface is the same, but the voltage or current is less than standard which line out, when the machine go off at full score the battery maybe cannot get enough charging current, this will damage the battery. If the voltage or current is less than standard which line out much more, even you will find that you can't start the computer or cannot charge. So when you choose the power supply, it should be the same with original. At least the voltage and current must accord the standard number.
