World's First Multilingual Homemade Humanoid Robot capable to speak 9 Indian and 38 foreign languages developed by a School Teacher, Mr. Dinesh Patel, Computer Science teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya, IIT Bombay, India.
He developed such an amazing robot at home only with the readily available items on the market and all coding is done by him at home only without any technical support. He started this work with the inspiration of Digital India Mission and a Bollywood movie "Robot". This project took 3 years of his life to complete. The first time she came in front of us through DD News channel (India's Govt New Channel) on 23/12/2020.
Robot Shalu is now live and she can recognize humans after meeting, answer educational and social questions in multiple 47 languages of the world. She is capable to talk on any given topic like Sophia Robot.
Shalu can be a Robot Teacher in schools to teach and reply to the answers of students. She can be deployed to any offices as a Receptionist to answer the various queries not only verbal but by email and SMS too.
It is proved by Mr. Dinesh Patel the developer of Robot "Shalu", that such a wonderful robot can be developed at home with no special tools in free time.
