The Fifth Job Fair Ended up with Success

The fair will gather outstanding people and leaders of those enterprises which specialize in electronic components  industry.

The fifth meeting came to an end on Nov.26 afternoon. As far as we know, twenty foreign trade enterprises and nearly forty salesmen attended the fair that day. The fair was said to be quite successful and exciting.Half an hour before the meeting began, the scene was already exciting and especially the party of the candidate. Many candidates talked about the current situation of electronic components foreign market briefly.Invited by the host, both the enterprises leaders and candidates played an inter-active game which aimed to promote tacit cooperation and drive the atmosphere.After the game, it was time for the main purpose. The meeting followed the interview form called "Nobody but YOU" as last time. At first, the host invited the employers to make brief introductions of their companies' culture, development history and business planning etc. In this way, it was good for them to further exchange because the candidates knew the current situation of the enterprises. Then, it was salesmen's turn to show and recommend themselves. At the meantime, the enterprises raised the questions to their interested salesmen to know their personality and ability.The meeting lasted for three and half hours and had provided a platform for the enterprises and salesmen to show themselves. Both the parties had general knowledge of each other and many enterprises told us they were impressed by some outstanding candidates and would like to further cooperate with them.We are pleased that the job fair is helpful and successful and we will insist on holding the fair for our members, foreign salesmen and the other enterprises as well. What we do is  for a bright future of expanding overseas markets and providing excellent services to  buyers and sellers around the world.
