Many reviews and articles focus on the phone’s camera, but here I will take a look at what else the Nokia N8 has to offer.

The Nokia N8 is equipped with a very impressive screen. With a resolution of 360x 640 it provides superb quality and clarity of on screen images and video footage, and even boasts the ability to display HD videos, perfect for playing back your handiwork you have captured on the camera. The Nokia N8 also offers some of the highest levels of onboard storage of any smartphone. A whopping 16 GB is included as standard within the handset, meaning that users are able to store thousands of photos, music tracks, video clips and downloaded applications from the Ovi store. Browsing the internet is one of the major appeals of owning a smartphone. The Nokia N8 offers up super fast download speeds of up to 10.2 mega bytes per second when connected to a 3G network. Additionally, Wi-Fi networks can also be utilised to provide a very fast internet browsing experience. The full HTML browser supports flash, so browsing the internet of a Nokia N8 is not dissimilar to that on a laptop. Thanks to dedicated apps, users can easily, read, write and send emails, and carry out social networking through sites such as Facebook and Twitter.

Multimedia compatibility also forms a large part of the appeal of the Nokia N8.
