Ugly Cable,There Is Growth Anew with Home Theatre Provider Ugly Cable Articles one of the successful retailers in Melbourne for all products relating to home theatre setups, is proud to announce they are expanding their staff again.   They have added three new employees to be part of the customer sales and support department.  This addition is going to provide an even bigger staff to answer questions and increase their level of service to a higher plateau.

Already known as a tech savvy resource, they require those who join their staff to have a high level of technical knowledge.  Selling home theatre products and accessories require quite a bit of prior experience as the clients tend to ask a lot of questions as they move through setting up their home theatre.

Even though these new employees have a great technical knowledge as they walk through the door on their first day, there will be further training provided for them to make their know how even more expansive.  They will learn how to help a customer choose, for example, which lcd tv wall mount will fit their TV, and what video cables they’ll need or how to best hide the wires. Many customers need suggestions for the easy products as well as the more complex.

Ugly Cable is delighted to be one of those businesses growing and thriving in this tough economic time.  As they add skilled members to their business it has a positive outcome on their customer service, therefore moving the company forward economically.   To be sure, their customer service has an impact on that growth and this is the second time this year they have had the opportunity to hire new staff members.  Shaun O’Brien, the founder and president of Ugly Cable says, “With the economic downturn across the globe we are thrilled to be able to provide more jobs in Melbourne.”
