What Is The TASER C2?

While the TASER C2 is one of the weakest stun guns voltage wise, it is one of the best self defense products on the market, will drop a bull, and keep you protected from crime.

TASER International, Inc. is the final word in Self Defense, and they have a new consumer model, the TASER C2, which is sleek, curved, and much smaller. It comes in colors, and is marketed to ladies and consumers as a small, yet effective self defense product. It uses a nitrogen propelled cartridge to fire two electronic probes at a speed of 135 feed per second into the body of an attacker.

The probes are attached to thin wire, and will penetrate up to 2 inches of clothing. The best distance to fire the TASER C2  is 7-10 feet away. Further than that and the probes will separate too wide and possibly miss the target. Closer than that, and the probes might not spread enough to ensure proper function.

While the TASER C2's output is only 50,000 volts, the TASER C2 also has higher amperage than a stun gun. The reason it works so well is that when it shocks the victim, it temporarily devastates the person's central nervous system. The TASER C2 operates on a whopping 30 second cycle when you pull the trigger. That means you can drop the TASER C2 after you shoot it and run for help, and it will still be shocking the attacker for the rest of the cycle.

Since you can only load one cartridge at one time, it has a back-up feature that acts like a regular stun gun if you need to use it on another attacker. Hold it against the attacker and pull the trigger, and the electricity will flow between the two exposed contacts at the end of the TASER C2 and the attacker's body. It is equally as effective as the probes.

The TASER C2 has a laser sight that is highly desired to ensure you hit exactly where you are aiming.

Both stun guns and TASER C2's are extremely effective self defense products. If you have the funds, a TASER C2 is the best non-lethal self defense product on the market, and it provides the furthest distance from your attacker for it to work. They should not get close enough to hurt you, unless they have a gun.
