Sony PSP came out as a way to create a portable Playstation2. It looks amazing and has some great features available. Many people like the way it handles and the graphics that come on the games. There are just a few complaints with this tiny electronic device,What People Are Saying About The PSP Articles so small that most people are not even paying attention.

The PSP is an impressive gadget, with a shiny black exterior and super wide screen display. The screen is so big that it takes up practically the entire face of the system. The buttons are on the sides of the screen, which make it great for handling it in an ergonomic way. The buttons which are thumb friendly also sit above a very responsive analog controller. Most people like the way it feels in their hands, their fingers are free to move about the control pad with comfort and precision.

The screen though, is so big that it is prone to dust and finger prints and they happen quite quickly, it is also so large that without a protective case being bought right away, it leaves it open for damage possibilities and scratches no matter how careful you are.

The PSP has a wonderful built in Wi-Fi that allow users to get right on to the internet and it comes with its own web browser for easy web surfing. Getting onto the internet is easy and the menus are a breeze to use.

This system is able to play music and videos and store pictures for you. You just have to load them on to your PSP through a USB cable. Putting music onto your game console is not that easy though, it certainly isn`t going to replace the job of the iPod. There is not allot of sources to get music from and download time is pretty slow.

It comes with a memory stick that is small and will need to be replaced if you want to store movies or music on it. The memory sticks are expensive to purchase.

The disks for the game just pop into the back, they are fairly small to handle and should be treated with care. They look like mini CD`s and when the sliding door opens in the back, the disk just slides in and out. Storing the disks can be tricky. Most cases that can be purchased for this portable console only hold a few of these disks. So if you want to bring more games you would have to bring an extra bag to carry them.

PSP games tend to be geared for older kids or adults. There are not allot of child friendly games that are okay by parents. Most of the games have fighting or shooting in them, so any parent who is not okay with that will probably stick with a DS. Unlike the DS, the PSP does not have a protective cover and that means that a hard case needs to be purchased, which sits on top of the price tag. Some people also don`t like the idea that a USB cable has to be purchased separately and is needed to upload anything or store photo`s on it.

For anyone who already owns a PSP, they will tell you that they love their mini systems. The graphics are amazing and the sound quality is clear. The games are just as powerful as on Playstation2 and look just as detailed orientated.
