With the mobile application industry booming like never before,Will Pre App Launches Benefit Application Selling? Articles rapid transformation is taking place in this sector of IT. Though the changes have not come as a surprise to the enterprises and mobile users, the app development companies are sometimes affected by the changing revenues which separate OS platforms and their application stores earn as designs have to be based on revenue generation, and hence demand. For instance, the year 2012 was not a very good one for developers who released paid apps since the revenue generated from launching them in the market reduced by more than 25 percent when compared to the previous year.

In order to solve such a problem entrepreneurs have now come up with the concept of a PreApp Store. According to reports, the PreApp Store will act like a platform for mobile users to connect with the developers of the applications they choose to purchase. This means that the PreApp Store is a marketplace for recruit beta testers and designers who are willing to share their creations to communicate with their end users. The connection can be enforced even before a mobile application is actually launched in the iOS App Store, Android Market, or Google Play.

So will the concept of PreApp launching increase the revenues generated from the sale of mobile applications? It is really early to comment on this since the PreApp Store has not even launched properly. However, the argument here is that mobile apps provide the most thriving economy in the world of technology; if users of video games and the movie going audience can check out upcoming previews, why the end users of these software tools can’t also go through the details of upcoming applications in the market. The concept of a Preview App Store has not been heard of yet; so mobile market researchers feel that the PreApp Store will attract the attention of the existing mobile audience and also attract potential app users.

Several considerations are however already being made in this regard. Firstly, the building of another application store will entail value added services for not only the end users but also the software developers. This is a daunting task indeed, considering the popularity of the existing platforms for uploading mobile apps. According to a statement released by a PreApp Store representative, this will not be a difficult target to achieve since the platform will provide app designers to build their own brand and gain a larger number of followers since the end users will already be aware of app features before they are uploaded in the individual app stores of separate OS platforms. As researchers say, starting earlier will help the developers to make more money.

Following the pattern of the iOS and Android stores, the PreApp Store will also allow software developers to submit their creations under separate categories. Every mobile app uploaded to the store will also have its individual description, release date, expiry date, pricing, social sharing methods, screenshots, along with space for previewers to suggest changes and comment. The developers submitting their mobile applications at the PreApp Store will also be allowed to post polls asking the target audience to vote on tweaks or updates on the software tool. Moreover, PreApps will also provide help with choosing the purchasing tools and ad networking. Taking a look at these benefits, researchers believe that app sales will improve after the launch of the PreApp Store.
