1. Amer Fort

Amer Fort is also known by the name of Amber; build during the 16th century by Raja Man Singh of the Kachwaha Tribe. It is located around 11 km from the main city of Jaipur. It will take hardly an hour to reach this spectacular fort which is perched on a cliff overlooking Maota Lake. The architecture of this fort perfectly showcases the Hindu and Mughal ethos. 2. Jaigarh Fort

Jaigarh Fort is called as ‘Victory Fort of Rajasthan, built in 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh. The fort was built to protect the old city of Amber and Jaipur from foreign invaders. The fort is located on the hilltop with huge walls and watchtowers overseeing the city. The fort has manifold structure, beautiful palaces, temples, garden and museum where the weapons of Rajput’s are displayed.

3. Nahargarh Fort

Nahargarh Fort also known as Tiger fort stands tall on a peak with stunning views of the Pink city. It was built to guard the city against foes and to protect the European and even British women during the first war of Indian Independence.
