  • Bank statements of the last 6 months with attestation by the bank on A4 size paper.
  • IT returns of the last 3 years
  • Salary slip of last 3 months
  • Offer letter/appointment letter from the company
  • Approved leave letter / NOC on the company’s letterhead.            
  • For Self-Employed applicants.
  1. Company’s bank statements attested by the bank for the last 6 months
  2. GST certificate
  3. Income tax returns of the company for the last 3 years.
  • For Students
  1. School/College ID Card
  2. Fee receipt for the academic year
  3. Parents NOC if traveling without parents
  4. Passport copy of parent’s.
  • For Retired Person
  1. Retirement Letter
  2. Pension slips
  3. Pension statement.
  • For Sponsored Trip
  1. Sponsorship Letter
  2. Last 6 months bank statement on A4 size paper, attested by the bank
  3. Last 3 year’s Income Tax Returns of the sponsorer
  4. Passport Copy.
  • For Business Meetings/Conference/Trade Fair/Training Sessions/Seminar
  1. Invitation letter from the company with your name, passport number, and purpose of the invitation
  2. Invitee’s Business Profile
  3. Trade Fair Pass – Name & Passport Number mandatory
  4. Any other appropriate document as per the invitation

After the successful submission of documents and biometrics, the process gets started by the consulate. The normal process time to get the visa is around 12 -15 days. However, it differs from applicant to applicant and embassy to embassy. To track your application you can either get connected with the VFS center on-call or check through the VFS website with the help of the receipt given on the successful submission of documents and payment.
