Zlatibor Mountain in Serbia

There are many extra ordinary beautiful mountains in Serbia. Unpolluted environment, healthy food, traditional values that we almost forgot are the original quality of Zlatibor, mountain situated in western Serbia, 220 km far from Serbian capital Belgrade

Gostilje is a village located on the slopes of Zlatibor. There are 450 inhabitants mainly working in fruit growing. The unique attraction in the village is 22 meters high waterfall on the river Katusnicka reka. There are also some nested watermills in picturesquely environment. Gostilje is situated 21 km from the center of Zlatibor. There are 50 categorized beds in village; some of them have their own swimming pool.

Not far from Gostilje, village Rozanstvo is placed. Rozanstvo is famous for the production of barrels and wooden products. Rozanstvo has 50 beds.

Village Jablanica is located 13 km from Cajetina, administrative centre of mountain Zlatibor. Jablanica is well known for its gorgeous landscapes, and fruit products (especially plum).

Vrutci is situated 18 km from the centre of Zlatibor. Although it has only 300 inhabitants, village is important for its cultural events. Festival consists of workshops, artist colony and seminar of Serbian folklore.

Sljivovica is situated 20 km from the center of Zlatibor. It is one of the largest mountain villages in Serbia. Village is surrounded with cultivated valley. Village is famous for its wooden church built in 1840. Close to Sljivovica, Tornik, the high peak of Zlatibor is placed.

Kriva reka is a cultivated village with 1400 inhabitants. There are basketball and football terain, swimming pool. There is 16 picturesque households with almost 90 beds.

Sirogojno is placed 25 km from the center of Zlatibor. Sirogojno is famous for its outdoor museum "Old village". During the summer season different kinds of manifestations are held in the village.
